Property & Personal Belongings
Residents are responsible for taking care of hostel property provided to them. Any damage caused through misuse or negligence may be charged to the responsible resident.
Residents are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items kept within the premises.

Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Residents are expected to keep their rooms and shared spaces clean and tidy.
Wet clothes should be dried only in the designated areas and not inside rooms.
Residents should allow housekeeping staff reasonable access to clean the rooms. If housekeeping access is not provided, the resident will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the room.

Entry & Exit
The hostel main door will be closed at 10:30 PM.
Residents who expect to return after 10:00 PM or stay away overnight should inform management in advance by phone, SMS or other approved communication.
Residents going on leave should inform management about their departure date and expected return date. Any change in the return date should also be communicated.
Residents are required to record their entry and exit timings in the register maintained at reception, wherever applicable.

Visitors
Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management and in accordance with the accommodation's visitor guidelines.
Male friends or visitors are not permitted inside the hostel premises.
Residents are expected to respect the privacy, comfort and personal space of other residents.

Food & Kitchen
Three-time food is provided as part of the accommodation facilities and is available only during the specified meal timings.
Food waste must be disposed of only in the designated food-waste bins.
Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Residents are not permitted to enter or use the kitchen or access hostel staff services without prior permission from management.

Prohibited Activities
Illegal or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming or storing alcohol, intoxicating substances or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Any serious violation of these rules may result in appropriate action, including termination of accommodation, in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Room & Property Restrictions
Residents must not drill nails or holes into walls or furniture, stick posters, calendars, stickers, bindis, adhesive tape, glue or similar materials on walls or furniture, paint or otherwise damage hostel walls, furniture or fixtures, or make unauthorized alterations to the room or hostel property.
Any resulting repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the responsible resident.

Vacating the Accommodation
Residents are required to provide one month's notice before vacating.
On the agreed date of departure, the room must be cleaned and handed over to management.
The room and its contents will be checked during the handover process. Applicable charges for damage, missing items, unpaid dues or other agreed deductions may be adjusted against the refundable deposit.
The refundable deposit will be processed after the required notice period and applicable clearance procedures are completed.

Resident Conduct
Residents are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behaviour towards other residents, staff and management.
Personal disputes between residents should be handled respectfully. Residents may approach management for assistance where a matter affects the safety, comfort or peaceful living environment of the hostel.
Providing incorrect or misleading information during admission may result in termination of the accommodation, subject to the agreed terms.
Residents must follow reasonable instructions issued by management for maintaining cleanliness, security, safety and smooth day-to-day operations.
